Hi, I’m Susan!
A Mother, a COO, and a Founder
Susan has always been driven and fiercely independent.
But when her daughter Camilla was born, something shifted.
She began to question whether paychecks and promotions were worth missing the moments that mattered most.
She wanted a life rooted in freedom, flexibility, and purpose.
Not just for herself, but for the beautiful little bundle of joy she was nurturing.
She realized: she didn’t need to choose between being a nurturing mother and a powerful leader.

As COO of a fast-growing cybersecurity training company, she spent 5+ years building operations from scratch — hiring teams, scaling systems, and witnessing one truth again and again:
